You no longer have the permission to OCD accounts and other personal information of private citizens or corporation without the direct consent of all the parties involved.
The right to cease accounts is a response to 9/11 but the privilege under scrutiny and all State officials and comptrollers will need permission and council to decide the use of private accounts.
Private information can not be used publicly. Banks can adequately protect themselves by citing C.F.I requirement, and when this is not the case, affected parties may have the right to the Banks and to the office of the Comptroller..
